This buffet, unique to Kobe Kitano Hotel, starts with a plate.

This time, the menu will begin with a gorgeous open sandwich made with pear, vegetables, crispy bacon, cheese and the tartness of balsamic vinegar, which will whet your appetite. The menu will then include seasonal dishes such as fried fish with pear relish sauce, chestnut and sweet potato pilaf, and pumpkin potage.
